老年糖尿病患者自我胰岛素注射技能社区护理干预

Community nursing intervention with the skill of self insulin injection in elderly diabetes patients

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者自我胰岛素注射技能社区护理干预方法,并评价其效果。方法选择60例患者随机分为两组,其中观察组(30例)实施本研究护理干预方法,对照组(30例)实施普通护理,如定期随访、简单随访等,比较两组患者干预后患者血糖控制情况,及并发症情况。结果观察组患者血糖基本恢复正常,且均低于对照组(P<0.05),发生注射疼痛和注射部位硬结的比例均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组因高血糖和低血糖住院者显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年患者自主使用胰岛素进行有效的社区护理干预,能提高血糖控制效果,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the community nursing intervention method with the skill of self insulin injection in elderly diabetes patients. Methods Sixty cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group （30 cases） were implemented the nursing intervention of this research methods, control group （30 cases） were imple- mented the general nursing, such as regular follow-up, simple follow-up, then the situation of glycemic control and the percentage of complications were compared with the two groups after intervention. Results Patients in observation group blood glucose were returned to normal basically, and they were lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the ratio of pain on injection and injection site induration were lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, the hospitalized ratio in observation group caused by hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia were less than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention skill with self injection of insulin in elderly diabetes patients can improve the effect of glyeemie control and reduce the complications, so it is worthy of clinical application.
