随着医疗制度改革的不断深入,我国医院药房和社会药房工作任务都发生了质的转变,从以"药品为中心"向"以病人为中心"的药学服务工作模式转变。探索新形势下的药房工作转型,改革现行药理学教学,建立一种以药学服务为核心的教学模式,以培养社会急需的药学应用型人才。

With the deepening of medical system reform, the work tasks of hospital pharmacy and community phar- macy have undergone qualitative change from ＂drug-centered＂ to ＂patient-centered＂ of the pharmaceutical care mode. In order to foster pharmaceutical talents strongly needed by society. The purpose of the article is to explore the trans- formation of pharmacy in the new situation, reform the current pharmacology teaching, and establish a teaching model by focus on pharmaceutical care.
