女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的调查分析

Investigation analysis of the Female pelvic floor dysfunctional disease

目的通过对已婚育龄妇女进行盆底功能筛查,了解盆底功能障碍性疾病对女性的影响。方法采用盆底功能筛查仪对本县在职女干部职工进行盆底功能障碍性疾病筛查。结果盆底功能障碍性疾病的发病比例随着年龄的增加而增多,以50～54岁年龄段最多,25～30岁年龄段最少。结论应采取措施,并对筛查出有盆底功能障碍性疾病的妇女加强宣教,以达到让患有盆底功能障碍的妇女及早进行盆底康复治疗的目的。

Objective To investigate the effect of female pelvic floor dysfunction on women by screening married women at childbearing age. Methods The pelvic floor function screening instrument was used for screening the pelvic floor dysfunctional disease of female cadres and workers in the county. Results The proportion of disease incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction increased with age, of which the age from 50-54 was the highest, while the age from 25-30 was the lowest. Conclusion In order to achieve the floor dysfunction, it is important to take measures and purpose of early rehabilitation treatment for women with pelvic strengthen the publicity and education amon~ them.
