摘要
目的总结食管癌患者外科治疗经验。方法收集2010年5月～2011年3月在本院接受外科治疗的食管癌40例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均进行了手术切除,术后有8例出现手术后并发症,因吻合口瘘死亡2例。结论手术治疗是食管癌的最佳治疗手段,可提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To summarize the surgical treatment of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Forty cases of patients with esophageal cancer who were given surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2010 to March 2011 were selected, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results This group of patients were all given surgical resec- tion, postoperative complications were found in 8 cases after surgery, two cases were dead due to anastomotie leakage. Conclusion Surgery treatment is the best treatment for esophageal cancer and can improve patients＂ quality of life.
