摘要
JL消毒剂为含二氯异氰尿酸钠、非离子表面活性剂等的复方消毒剂。以载体试验测定其杀灭微生物效果。结果,以其含有效氯1250 mg/ L溶液作用 40 min,对布片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100%,以其含有效氯1000 mg/L溶液作用30 min,可将不锈钢片表面HBsAg抗原性破坏。其杀菌效果随有效氯浓度减少、作用时间缩短、有机物存在而下降。其含有效氯 1250 mg/ L溶液对不锈钢、碳钢与铜无腐蚀,对铝基本无腐蚀。其原包装置 54℃下 14 d,有效氯下降率为 4.3%。
JL Disinfectant is a compound disinfectant containing sodium dichloroisocyanurate, non-ionic surfactant, etc. Its germicidal efficacy was measured with carrier test. The results indicated that its solution containing available chlorine 1250mg / L with a 40 min contact time could kill 100% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on surface of cloth strip and its solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg / L with a 30 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity on surface of stainless steel coupon. Its germicidal efficacy decreased with decreasing available chlorine concentration, shortening contact time or presence of organic substance. Its solution containing available chlorine 1250mg / L was not corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel and copper and essentially not corrosive to aluminum. The available chlorine content of it in original packing decreased by 4.3% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days.
