Review of the Propagation Characteristics for Sudden Public Opinions on the Internet and Countermeasures of Emergency Management

网络舆论突发事件的应急管理研究具有重大的现实意义。网络舆论的传播机理与传统媒介相比具有显著的特征差异。文章在分析网络舆论突发事件特点的基础上,探讨了在现有法律和技术的前提下构建网络舆论和突发舆论事件管理体系的思路,提出了相应的应对措施。

The review of the emergency management for sudden public opinions on the Internet is of great significance.Compared to traditional media,the communication mechanism of public opinions on the Internet has some notable characteristic differences.Based on the analysis of the characters of the sudden public opinions on the Internet,this paper explores the construction of the management system on public opinions and emergencies under the premise of using the existing legal and technical context,and puts forward some corresponding measures.
