摘要
次氯酸钠复方消毒剂为以次氯酸钠配以碳酸钠、硅酸钠、表面活性剂等成分而成，原液含有效氯２１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｐＨ值为１２．４９。载体定量杀菌试验表明，以其含有效氯１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液浸泡３０ｍｉｎ，可将布片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭９９．９４％。急性经口毒性试验表明，该剂对雌、雄小白鼠ＬＤ５０ ＞ １０ ０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ。
The compound disinfectant of sodium hypochlorite contains the ingredients such as sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and surfactant in addition to the main ingredient sodium hypochlorite. Its stock solution contains available chlorine 2150 mg / L and pH value is 12.49. Carrier quantitative germicidal test indicated that immersion in its solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg / L for 30 min could kill 99.94% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on surface of the cloth strip. Acute oral toxicity test indicated that its LD50 in male and female mice was > 10 000 mg / kg.
