摘要 介绍了换向式直流电动机的电磁干扰形成机理、测试结果和抑制措施,并通过测试,分析了其干扰特性,比较了两种滤波电路的电磁干扰抑制效果。结果显示:采用电感滤波器+X2Y型滤波器+压敏电阻的滤波电路能有效抑制直流电动机的电磁干扰,整改后,其传导骚扰电压和辐射功率均符合GB 4343.1-2009的限值要求。 Based on the research of the principle of commutator motor and the mechanism causing electromagnetic interference(EMI),its EMI characteristics have been tested and analyzed.The EMI suppression methods by using different filters are proposed.By comparing the two filtering methods,the result shows that the designed filter suppresses EMI more effectively.The conducted emission and radiated emission of commutator motor with are lower than the limits of GB 4343.1-2009.
