摘要
目的探讨CTGF及TGF-β对骨缺损的修复作用。方法采用兔桡骨骨缺损模型,在骨缺损处单独及联合应用CTGF和TGF-β,在4周、8周、12周三个时相点进行X线、组织学观察和在12周时进行生物力学测试,对骨缺损修复效果进行评估。结果各骨生长因子治疗组的X线片、组织学观察和在12周时进行生物力学测试明显优于对照组,且CTGF及TGF-β联合应用优于单用一种生长因子。结论 CTGF/TGF-β复合后早期骨修复作用优于单一的CTGF和TGF-β,在骨缺损修复过程中CTGF与TGF-β有良好的协同作用。
Objective To investigate the restorative effect of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) on segmental bone defects of the radius in rabbits. Methods An adult rabbit radius fracture model was made and treated with CTGF and TGF-β respectively or in combination in the bone defect site. The repair capability was evalua- ted by histological and radiographic examinations at the 4th ,Sth and 12th week and by biomechanical tests at the 12th week after operation. Results Both CTGF group and TGF-β group excelled significantly control group in aspects of quantity of X-ray obser- vation, histological and biomechanical testing at 12 weeks. The combination of them brought better results as compared to the ap- plication independently. Conclusion The restorative effect of CTGF/TGF-β compound on the early bone repair is superior to CTGF or TGF-β alone. CTGF and TGF-β has good synergy in the process of bone defect repair.
