摘要 目的 Posner提出注意可分为警觉、定向、执行控制三个子系统,Jin Fan根据Posner的理论设计了注意网络测试(attention network test,ANT)软件,可快速有效地测验警觉、定向及执行控制这三个注意网络。本研究系运用注意网络测试对40例单纯2型糖尿病患者进行检测,旨在探讨2型糖尿病对患者注意网络功能的影响。方法选择40例28~58岁仅患有2型糖尿病史,病程在3~7年,不合并有高血压、冠心病、脑梗死及糖尿病并发症等的中青年人作为研究对象(糖尿病组),以40例年龄27~56岁健康中青年人作为对照组(对照组),两组在年龄、性别、受教育程度等方面差异无统计学意义。对所有的受试对象进行MMSE及ANT测试,全部资料用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果糖尿病组与对照组MMSE评分均在24分以上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,糖尿病组的执行控制效率及平均反应时间受到明显影响,差异有统计学意义,注意网络的警觉效率及定向效率未受到明显的影响。结论 2型糖尿病患者早期即存在执行控制网络异常。 Objective Posner raised attention can be divided into three subsystems alerting, orienting and executive control. Jin Fan designed attention network test (attention network test ANT) software, according to Posner' s theory. It can detect aler- ting, orienting and executive control quickly and efficiently. In this study, attention network test was used to detect 40 cases of simple type 2 diabetes. To explore the impact of type 2 diabetes patients with attention network functions. Methods From 40 ( 28 - 58 years old) middle-aged patients with a history of type 2 diabetes, the course of the disease in 3 - 7 years, not associated with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, and diabetes complications in young people as research sub- jects( diabetic group). 40 patients aged 27 to 56-year-old healthy young people as a control group (control group). No significant difference occurred between the two groups in age, gender, and education level. MMSE and ANT test was used to all people. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 11.0 software. Results MMSE score of diabetes and control groups was 24 points or more, with no statistically significant difference (P 〉0. 05 ). Compared with control group, executive control efficiency and reaction time of diabetes was significantly affected,alerting and orienting efficiency was not affected significantly. Conclusion 2-DM patients may accompany with attentional executive control efficiency impairment.
