普瑞巴林联合文拉法辛治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

The Efficacy of Pregabalin Combined with Venlafaxine on Herpes Zoster Neuralgia Patients

目的探讨普瑞巴林联合文拉法辛治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法将86例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组(每组43人)。对照组给予口服普瑞巴林治疗,观察组在口服普瑞巴林的基础上联合文拉法辛口服治疗,疗程共8周。分别于治疗前、治疗过程中及疗程结束时对患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、睡眠评分进行分别评价。结果对照组总有效率(86.0%)明显高于观察组(97.7%),P<0.05;与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、HAMD、HAMA评分和睡眠质量评分均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合文拉法辛治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果显著,患者疼痛缓解明显,睡眠质量改善明显。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pregabalin combined with venlafaxine treatment on postherpetic neu- ralgia patients. Methods 86 cases of post-herpetic neuralgia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with oral pregabalin, while the observe group joint venlafaxine oral treatment on the basis of oral pregabalin. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The visual analogue scale （VAS） , sleep score, and adverse reactions were inves- tigated. The evaluation of the patient ＇ s mental condition was assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale and Anxiety Scale. Results The total effective rate of control group was 86.0% （ 37/43 ）, while the observation group was 97.7% （ 42/43 ）. There was signifi- cant difference between observation group and control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;with the extension of the treatment cycle, VAS scores and sleep quality, HAMD, HAMA scores were all lower in varying degrees, they were better than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pregabalin combined with venlafaxine treatment had significant effect on postherpetic neuralgia. It was able to significantly relieve pain, and improve sleep quality.
