尿动力学检查全程知识宣教对尿流测值的影响

Influence of Informed Guidance in Urodynamic Test on Accuracy of Urine Flow

目的探讨尿动力学检查中的护理配合对检查结果的作用。方法总结145例行尿动力学检查中采取有效全程的知识宣教及相应护理措施,确保检查的结果的可信度。结果患者积极配合自由尿流率及压力-流率联合检查,经Spearman相关分析,自由最大尿流率与自由平均尿流率呈相关,r=0.884,P<0.01;测压期的最大尿流率与测压期平均尿流率呈现相关,r=0.815,P<0.01;自由最大尿流率与测压期的最大尿流率及最大尿流率时压力呈相关,分别r=0.271,P<0.05,r=0.434,P<0.01。结论尿动力检查存在许多影响检查因素,检查过程中采取有效的全程知识宣教,护士操作技术熟练,患者的主动配合是检查成功的关键,从而提高了尿动力检查报告的准确性。

Objective To investigate the significance of nursing education in the urodynamic test and its influence on urine flow. Methods The informed guidance and corresponding nursing cares were performed in 145 patients undergoing the routine urodynamic studies. The clinical data was reviewed and analyzed. Results A well cooperation from patients was achieved during the urinary flow rate tests and pressure-flow studies. By Spearman analysis, there was a significant correlation between the maxi- mum flow rate and mean flow rate （ r = 0. 884, P 〈 0.01 ） , a positive correlation between the maximum flow rate and mean flow rate during the pressure testing（ r = 0.815 ,P 〈 0.01 ）, and a significant correlation between the maximum flow rate and the maximum flow rate during the pressure testing or the pressure at maximum flow rate （ r = 0.271, P 〈 0.05, r = 0. 434, P 〈 0.01, respective- ly）. Conclusion Many influencing factors may interfere with the result of urodynamic tests. The informed guidance, skilled operation of nurses and active cooperation of patients can improve the accuracy of urodynamic test.
