摘要
目的制备服用方便,稳定性好的阿司匹林分散片。方法通过筛选崩解剂,采用粉末直接压片工艺制备阿司匹林分散片,以崩解时限、混悬性等因素为指标,通过正交试验对处方进行筛选。结果优选处方中微晶纤维素28%,乳糖58%,交联聚维酮14%。优选处方的试验表明:崩解时限小于3 min,分散均匀性和混悬性较好。结论优选处方制备的阿司匹林分散片达到了分散片的质量要求。
Objective To prepare taking convenient, stability good Aspirin Dispersible Tablet. Methods Through screening disintegrating agent, direct powder compression technique was used to prepare Aspirin Dispersible Tablets. The prescription was assessed in terms of disintegration time and suspension property by orthogonal experiment. Results An op-timal prescription assembly was 28% of MCC,58% of lactose, 14% of PVPP. The test showed that disintegration time was less than 3 min, dispersity homogeneity and suspension was good. Conclusion The Aspirin Dispersible Tablets with opti- mal prescription met the quality requirements of dispersible tablet.
