摘要
利用响应面试验设计法对超声波细胞破碎提取绞股蓝多糖的工艺参数进行了优化,选取超声功率、超声时间及温度为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定水溶性绞股蓝多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为超声功率800W、超声时间15min、提取温度50℃,在此条件下,多糖提取率为2.49%。
This paper optimized the process parameter of gynostemma polysaccharide extracted from ultrasonic cell disruption using response surface experiment design method,the ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and temperature were selected as independent variable,the polysaccharide extraction yield was response value,the effect of respective variables and their interaction on polysaccharide extraction yield was researched.Prediction model of quadratic polynomial regression equation was obtained by simulation,and the best technology of water-soluble gynostemma polysaccharide extraction conditions were: ultrasonic power was 800 W,ultrasonic time was 15 min,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,under this condition,the polysaccharide extraction yield was 2.49%.
