摘要
对彩色园林植物小叶红叶石楠的组培快繁技术进行了研究,结果表明:较好的诱导培养基是MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L,诱导率达54%;较好的增殖培养基是MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+KT 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L,增殖系数为4.06;较佳生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L,生根率达82%,平均根条数为3.99条/株。
Tissue culture techniques for Photiniafraseri ' Little Red Robin' was studied. The resuhs showed that suitable induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0.1 rag/L, its induction rate reached 54%, proliferation medium was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + KT 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.1 rag/L, its multiplication coefficient was 4.06, optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS + IBA 0.2 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 82% , the number of roots was 3.99.
