摘要 研究Al-5.7Cu-0.4Mg-1.2Ag合金在不同时效温度下的性能和显微组织,以及峰时效态合金在200℃长时间热暴露后的力学性能和显微组织,并分析相的长大机制。结果表明:合金在165℃时效具有较好的热稳定性,峰时效态(165℃,14 h)合金在200℃热暴露1 000 h后仍能保留73.4%的强度。热暴露过程中,较短的相不断溶解,较长的相不断增长,导致相平均长度逐渐增加,密度逐渐降低。 The mechanical properties and microstructures of A1-5.7Cu-0.4Mg-I.2Ag alloy prepared and aginged at different temperatures, respectively, as well as the mechanical properties and microstructures of the peak-aged alloy after long thermal exposure at 200 ℃ were studied. The growth mechanism of Ω phase was also investigated. The results show that the alloy exhibits high thermal stability at 165℃, and the peak-aged (165 ℃/14 h) alloy still remains 73.4% of the tensile strength after exposure at 200℃ for 1 000 h. During thermal exposure, the lengthening of Ω phase involved the diffusion of the shorter Ω precipitates and the growth of the longer ones result in the increase of the average Ω length and the decrease of the density.
