摘要
虎杖在中医药及民族医药中都具有广泛的应用,其药理活性丰富,在呼吸系统疾病方面具有平喘镇咳,抗呼吸道感染,降低肺动脉高压,缓解肺缺血再灌注损伤,降低肺纤维化进程,抑制肿瘤生长和转移等作用。本文针对虎杖在呼吸系统疾病方面的药理作用及其分子机制进行综述,以期为虎杖的进一步研究提供参考。
Polygonum cuspidatum has wide application and pharmacological activities as traditional Chinese medicine and minority medicine, which can help ease cough, resist respiratory tract infection, reduce pulmonary arterial hypertension, alleviate the damage caused by lung ischemia and irrigation, control pulmonary fibrosis process, suppress the tumor growth and metastasis, etc. This article focus on the pharmacological functions and molecular mechanism of the polygonum cuspidatum on respiratory diseases, in order to make a reference for further studies.
