用于治疗便秘的非处方中成药不良反应文献分析

The Literature Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Nonprescription Chinese Medicine Using in the Treatment of Constipation

目的:通过检索常用于治疗便秘的非处方中成药不良反应发生情况,为安全使用此类药物提供参考。方法:规定中成药范围仅涉及中药复方制剂。采用回顾性研究方法,通过检索《药物不良反应杂志》和中国知网CNKI,收集常用于治疗便秘的非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献,对资料进行整理和分析。结果:收集到中成药2种,分别是苁蓉通便口服液和牛黄解毒丸(片)。结论:虽然非处方药的特点是药效确定、相对安全、使用方便、毒副作用小,但其不良反应发生情况不容忽视,安全用药理念也应受到高度重视。

Objective： By retrieving the incidence of adverse reactions of Nonprescription Chinese medicine which use in the treatment of constipation, it could provide a reference for the safe use of it. Methods： Set the scope of Chinese medicine： Tradi- tional Chinese medicine. Use the research methods in regression, by retrieving it in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and CNKI and collecting the related literature which reflect the adverse reactions of Nonprescfiption Chinese medicine using in the treatment of con- stipation, organizing and analyzing the data. Results： There are 2 pieces of Nonprescription Chinese medicine adverse reaction oc- curred, including Congrong Tongbian Oral Liquid and Niuhuang Jiedu Wan（Pian）. Conclusion： Nonprescription drugs are charac- terized by clear efficacy, relative safe, convenient and low toxicity, but its situation of adverse reactions and the concept of safe medication should be valued.
