By reviewing the application of pharmacoeconomics in decision making process of expanded programme on immunization in the world, and analyzing the research status of chinese economic evaluations of vaccines in China. Then to discuss the necessity of emplo- ying pharmacoeconomic research in the decision making process of expanded programme on immunization in China and put forward some recommendations.
