摘要 目的研究大鼠染锰后对其子代新生鼠肝组织内微量元素的影响。方法 :将妊娠雌性大鼠随机分为 4组 ,腹腔注射氯化锰 ,剂量分别为 0、7.5、1 5和 30 mg/kg,待其自然分娩后采用原子吸收光谱法测定子代新生鼠肝组织内微量元素锰、铜、锌和铁含量。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验各组肝组织内锰含量明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;锌含量则低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 ) ;实验各组铜含量与对照组间差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5) ;1 5mg/kg和 30 mg/kg组铁含量高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :大鼠孕期染锰 ,使其新生鼠肝组织内锰、锌、铁等微量元素的含量发生明显变化 ,影响了锰、锌、铁在体内的代谢 。 Objective To study the effct or manganese on the microelementsin the liver of the new-born rats after mother-rats were exposed by manganese(Mn).Methods Impregnated female rats were injected intraabdominally with 0、、7.5、15、30 mg/kg MnCl 2 for 8 times,every other day.Then the contents of Mn、Zn、Cu、Cu and Fe in the livers of the new-born rats were determined with atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results The contents of Mn in the livers of new-born rats of three groups that motherrats exposed to the manganese have increased significantly to compared with the control group (P<0 01);the levels of Zn in the livers of the new-born rats of three experimental groups were lower than the control groups (P<0 05,P<0.01);the levels of Fe in the livers of new-born rats of 15 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg group were higher than the control group (P<0 05,P<0.01);and the levels of Cu showed no significant difference among four groups (P>0 05),Conclusion Impregnated female rats to be exposed by manganese,their new-born rats' metabolism of Mn、Zn and Fe in the livers were influenced.Their filial rats growth and development were experted harmful effect.
