摘要
用免疫组织化学方法研究了葡萄糖酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛及 B细胞形态结构的影响。实验 组剂量为每日口服 Cr3 + 1 0 μg/kg体重 ,实验 组为每日 5μg/kg体重 ;另设正常对照组及糖尿病对照组 ,实验周期为 4周。结果表明实验 组动物胰岛内空虚部分明显缩小 ,B细胞及其颗粒增多 ,界限较清 ;实验 组胰岛内空虚部分缩小不明显 ,个别胰岛 B细胞数量有所增加 ,细胞界限比较清楚 ,空虚部变小。葡萄糖酸铬对实验性糖尿受损胰岛及
The effets of chromium gluconate on the morphosis of mouse pancreas islets and B cells were studied with immunohistochemical method.Group I was treated with Cr 3+ 10 μg/kg body weight.Group Ⅱ was treated with Cr 3+ 5 μg/kg body weight.Other two groups were normal control group and positive control group.The period of test was 4 weeks.The result was showed that hollow part of islets in animal of group Ⅰ was significantly reduced,B cells and pellets were increased and boundary line of them was clear.In group Ⅱ hollow part of islets was not significantly reduced,but the number of B cell was increased a little and boundary line of cells was clear and hollow parts were reduced in very few islets.Chromium gluconate significantly improves morphosis of damaged islets and B cells in experimental diabetes mellitus mouse.
