摘要
烹饪实践教学是烹饪专业教学的核心。经过多年的教学实践,笔者对五段教学法有了科学的认识和成功的应用。基于此,对讲、演、练、品、评五段教学法进行了全面解析。
The cooking practice teaching is the core of cuisine specialty teaching. After years of teaching practice, the scientific understanding and successful application of the five teaching methods. In this paper, play, coach, intercom, rated five teaching method has been completely analytical.
