摘要
在研究大学生"软实力"和就业竞争力内涵及关系的基础上,深入分析了高职院校大学生在就业竞争中的"软实力"状况、存在的问题和主要原因,从人才培养目标、课程体系建设和实践活动拓展等方面指出了提升高职院校大学生"软实力"和就业竞争力的对策措施。
The study of college students ＂soft power＂ and the connotation and relationship between employment competitiveness, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the competition in the employment of college students ＂soft power＂ of the situation, the existence question and the main reason, the goal of talent training, curriculum system construction and practice development pointed out that enhance the ＂soft power＂ of college students and em- ployment competitiveness of countermeasures.
