浅议电子提单的利与弊

Shallow Debate the Pros and Cons of Electronic Bill of Lading

电子提单与传统纸质提单相比,在效率、安全和节约成本等方面具有很大的优势,但要使电子提单完全取代纸质提单还存在很多的障碍,比如说技术因素、法律制度方面的因素等。文章通过对电子提单的利与弊进行分析,结合电子提单在我国的现状,对我国现有提单法律制度的调整提出一些建议和看法。

The electronic bill of lading, compared with the traditional paper bill of lading, the efficiency, safety, and cost savings has great advantage, but to make electronic bill of lading completely replace the paper bill of lading still exist many obstacles, such as technical factors and the legal system, etc. In this paper, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of electronic bill of lading, combined with the present situation of electronic bill of lading in our country, for the adjustment of the existing legal system of b/I in China put forward some Suggestions and views.
