摘要
样品采用湿法消解 ,ICP- AES法测定了小白鼠脑组织中微量元素钠、钙、锌、镁、铝和铁的含量 ,方法简便 ,准确快速 ,方法的相对标准偏差为 1 .9%～ 1 1 %,回收率为 90 .5%～ 1 1 0 %。
An ICP-AES method has been established to measure trace sodium,calcium,zinc,magnesium and iron in the brain of mice after the brain sample is digested by acids.The method has advantage of being simple accurate and quick.The relative standard deviation is 1.9%~11%,recovery rate 90.5%~110%.
