成品油计量管理信息系统的设计与实现

Design ＆ Realization of Product Oil Measuring Management Information System

以《中华人民共和国石油产品密度测定法及计量换算表》（GB1884～1885-80）的技术数据为依据,研究并设计的成品油计量管理信息系统,其目的是实现成品油计量管理的科学化、网络化、自动化、信息化。功能包括：存储油罐计量管理、铁路收油计量管理、公路收油计量管理、业务数据审核、成品油密度换算、统计报表、领导查询、系统维护等八个子系统。通过建立该系统,规范油品数量管理,不但提高了工作效率,而且使企业获得更大的经济效益。

Based on Petrol Products Density Measurements and Metering Conversion Table,set by The People’s Republic of China（GB1884～1885-80）,a product oil measuring management information system was designed and achieved.The functions it can fulfilled included： storage oil tank measuring management,rail tanker acceptance check measuring management,road tank er acceptance check measuring management,product oil density conversion,statistical report,leader inquiry,and system maintain ing.This system can achieve quicker efficiency and bigger profits through standardization of product oil management.
