电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

Endovascular embolization treatment of intracranial aneurysms with guglielmi detachable coil

目的 探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的效果及栓塞技术要点。方法 应用微导管技术，在数字减影血管造影（DSA）监视下，对颅内动脉瘤行血管内栓塞治疗。结果 用电解可脱性弹簧圈（GDC）成功栓塞183例188个动脉瘤，痊愈182例，死亡1例。结论 血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms with detachable coil and emphasize the mainpoints of the embolic technique. Methods All patients underwent complete cerebral angiography by using microcatheter under the DSA imaging. Results 183 patients with 188 aneurysms were cured successfully with GDC, 182 recovered clinically, and 1 died. Conclusion Endovascular embolization for intracranial aneurysm is a safe, reliable and effective method.
