新型农村金融机构定向费用补贴情况调查——以吉林省为例

Survey of the Targeted Cost Subsidies for New Rural Financial Institutions

2009年以来,财政部制定和实施了中央财政对新型农村金融机构的定向费用补贴政策,对吉林省新型农村金融机构和地方经济的发展起到了重要推动作用。本文通过对吉林省新型农村金融机构定向费用补贴情况的调查,深入了解和掌握了政策的实施效果和执行过程中存在的问题,以期对政策的有效落实和完善补贴资金管理有所帮助。

Since 2009,the Ministry of Finance formulated and implemented the central financial subsidy policy for the new-type rural financial institutions,which has played an important role in promoting the development of Jilin Province,the new rural financial institutions and local economy.In this paper,based on the survey of the new rural financial institutions targeted cost subsidies in Jilin Province,in-depth understood the effect and process of the implementation of the policy,aiming to give the advice for the effective implementation of policies and improve the management of subsidy funds.
