氟尿嘧啶对大鼠小肠结构和吸收功能的损伤作用

摘要 目的 探讨氟尿嘧啶对大鼠小肠结构和吸收功能以及每日饮食量的影响。方法 通过胃管连续2 d给予大鼠氟尿嘧啶125 mg/kg·d, 观察给药后第1天至第7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化,给药前和给药后第8天分别称大鼠体质量,给药后第8天用图象分析仪进行小肠形态学变化分析,用在体实验方法观察小肠对色氨酸吸收能力的变化。结果 给药后第1天至第7天大鼠饮食量均明显低于正常组,尤其是第2天至第4天最为显著,第8天大鼠体质量下降,小肠结构有明显损伤,小肠对色氨酸的吸收明显下降。结论 氟尿嘧啶可导致大鼠食欲明显下降、小肠结构损伤和对色氨酸吸收功能的明显下降。 Objective To explore the effects of fluorouracil on the diet, small intestinal structure and tryptophan absorption in rats. Methods The rats were given fluorouracil 125 mg/kg×d by gavage for 2 days. The changes of diet were observed everyday from the 1st day to 7th day after giving fluorouracil.On the 8th day,the small intestinal structure was analysed by Image Analysis System and small intestinal tryptophan absorption was detected in vivo. Results The everyday amount of diet from the 1st day to 7th day after giving fluorouracil was significantly reduced, especially on the 2nd day to 4th day. On the 8th day, the body weight reduced, the small intestinal structure was injured significantly, and the small intestinal tryptophan absorption was decreased. Conclusion Fluorouracil can result in bad appetite, injury of small intestinal structure and decreased tryptophan absorption in rat.
