摘要
目的了解中职校学生对于健康知识、健康行为和健康技能的基本情况。方法对某在校中专全体一、二年级的349名学生进行有关健康素养问题的问卷调查。结果某中专在校学生的健康知识和理念,在知晓、健康生活方式与行为形成和基本健康技能上除个别知识点、行为项目上男女比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),其他项目上比较差异无统计学意义。结论中职在校学生的健康教育不容乐观,结合中国公民健康素养的"健康66条",探索并寻找出适合广大中职学生乐意接受的形式和内容,以提高他们的健康素养。
Objective To understand the basic situation of special secondary school students for their health knowledge, health behavior and health skills. Methods A questionnaire survey of health literacy was conducted on 349 students from grade one and two of a special secondary school. Results The male and female students' health knowledge and awareness, healthy life style and behavior and basic health skills had no significant difference except for a few points and behavior items. Conclusions The health education in the special secondary school is not optimistic. We should explore and find the forms and contents that are welcomed by the students to improve their health literacy.
