改革开放以来,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,在延边州各金融机构的大力支持下,延边州金融扶贫开发工作取得了卓有成效,并逐步脱贫之路,但受主客观因素的影响,延边州金融支持贫困县工作中存在许多问题和不足,应引起有关部门高度关注,并采取措施予以解决。
