c-myc致癌蛋白和Ki-67在葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤中的表达与意义 被引量:1

Expressions and significance of c-myc and Ki-67 in uveal malignant melanoma

摘要 目的探讨c-myc致癌蛋白和细胞增殖因子ki-67与葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤临床组织病理特性的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测40例葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤石蜡包埋标本中c-myc致癌蛋白和Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果 40例葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤标本中,c-myc在23例肿瘤的细胞胞浆或胞核中表达,阳性率为57.5%。c-myc的阳性表达与肿瘤的大小及患者的年龄有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的细胞类型、肿瘤的位置、巩膜浸润程度和性别无关(P>0.05)。Ki-67指数的表达水平与肿瘤细胞分型(特别是上皮细胞型)和肿瘤的位置有关(P<0.05)。未发现Ki-67表达与肿瘤的大小、巩膜浸润程度及年龄、性别有关。且c-myc与Ki-67指数呈正相关(r=0.654,P<0.05)。结论 c-myc和Ki-67在葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤中的表达是影响预后的因素,可以作为临床上判断预后和指导治疗的重要指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between c-myc protein,cell proliferative factor ki-67 and clinical pathological parameters in uveal malignant melanoma. Methods The expressions of c-myc protein and Ki-67 protein ,mere detected with {mmunohistochemistry from 40 cases of paraffin embedded uveal mal{gnant melanomas. Results Of 40 cases of uveal malignant melanoma, the c-myc positive expressions were present diffusely in the cytoplasm or nucleolus of cancer cells in 23 cases (28/40,57.5%). The c-myc positive expression was associated with the tumor size and ages of the patients (P 〈 0.05). There was no correlation between c-myc and tumor cell type and tumor location ( P 〉 0.05). The ki-67 index was significantly correlated with the histologic cell type (especially epithelioid cell) and tumor location (P 〈 0.05). No significant correlation was found between the Ki-67 index and tumor size, scleral extension, ages and sexes of patients. Moreover, there was a positive correlation between c-myc and the Ki-67 index ( r = 0. 654, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of c-myc and Ki-67 may be prognosis factors in human uveal malignant melanoma, which may be helpful to evaluate the clinical curative effect.
