兔局灶性脑梗死溶栓动物模型的建立 被引量:5

摘要 目的 建立脑梗死溶栓动物模型,并探讨溶栓药物对溶栓动物模型的影响及临床意义。方法 采用兔自体动脉血栓,在数字减影动脉造影术(DSA)下栓塞兔大脑中动脉,造成局灶性脑梗死。经氯化-2,3,5,-三苯基四氯唑染色,作光镜病理形态学观察。结果 给予尿激酶后在DSA血管造影下观察到血管再通,证实该梗死模型能较好地反映脑缺血的病理发展过程。结论 提示该梗死模型可作为溶栓动物模型。此模型的建立为临床筛选各种溶栓药物奠定了动物实验学基础。 Objective To establish a model of focal cerebral infarction in rabbits for thrombolytic therapy and explore the effect and clinic significance of thrombolytic drugs in the model. Methods Focal cerebral infarction was produced by embolizing the artertia cerebri media with arterial emboli by means of digital subtraction angiography. The sections was stained with triphenyltetrazolium chloride. Pathological morphology was observed under light microscope. Results Pathological examination showed that this model could better reflect the process of pathological development of cerebral ischemia and its blood flow could be restored. Conclusion Establishment of the model is successful and may be useful in screening out potent thrombolytic drugs.
