摘要
异步起动永磁电机的齿槽转矩会引起转矩和转速的波动,对电机的起动和运行性能产生不利的影响。本文以一台2极1.5 kW的异步起动永磁同步电机为研究对象,分析了异步起动永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的特点,建立了该电机的有限元分析模型,并实验验证了模型的准确性。在此基础上,比较研究了转子闭口槽、定子辅助槽、优化极弧系数和采用不均匀气隙等几种方法对该电机齿槽转矩的削弱效果。
Cogging torque of line-start permanent synchronous motor (LSPMSM) can cause torque and speed ripples, which is harmful to motor's starting and running performance. In this paper, the characteristics of the cogging torque in LSPMSM were analyzed. Besides, the FEA model based on Ansoft/Maxwell as well as the experimental system of a 1.5 kW prototype motor were established. Based on this, the simulation studies were carried out to compare the cogging torque reduction effects of different methods.
