摘要
目的分析眼眶异物的诊断方法及治疗，避免漏诊。方法回顾性分析眼眶异物15例，根据其临床、影像资料及手术情况分析眼眶异物易漏诊的原因。结果植物性异物4例，金属性异物3例，玻璃异物2例，骨性异物2例，其他4例。12例曾行清创缝合术，1例植物性异物分两次手术取出。漏诊时间最短3d，最长15个月。结论眼科医生应熟练阅读影像学资料、熟悉眼眶手术入路并具备娴熟的手术技巧，以降低眼眶异物漏诊率，提高异物摘出成功率，减少手术并发症。
Objective To analysis the diagnosing methods and treatment for intra-orbital foreign bodies to avoid misdiagnosis. Methods The medical records of 15 cases of intra-orbital foreign bodies were retrospectively analyzed to conclude the causes of misdiagnoses based on the clinical features, imaging data and surgical outcomes. Results The intra - orbital foreign bodies included botanic （ 4 cases）, metallic （ 3 cases）, glass （2 cases）, bone （2 cases） and others （4 cases）. Debridement surgeries were performed in 12 cases. One case with botanic foreign body underwent two surgeries to remove it. The shortest period of misdiagnosis was 3 d. The longest duration of misdiagnoses lasted for 15 months. Conclusion Ophthalmol- ogists should be familiar with the orbital imaging results and the orbital surgical procedures to improve the surgical outcomes, avoid misdiagnosing and reduce surgical complications.
