摘要 标准体表心电图作为传统的无创检查，通过对体表有限的记录来揭示心脏电生理过程已应用1个多世纪，给临床工作提供了巨大的帮助。但这种传统方法对于提供局部电活动信息及电生理事件（如致心律失常病灶、心肌复极化离散程度增高等）的能力受到很大限制。
