摘要
心脏成纤维细胞在心脏的病理生理方面都扮演着重要角色。从疾病的角度来看,来自心脏成纤维细胞的细胞外基质的增多所导致的心房纤维化对于心房颤动的发生与发展起着重要作用。过量的细胞外基质可阻断心肌束的连续性,进而导致局部传导障碍和折返性心律失常。同时,心脏成纤维细胞上表达的多种离子通道使得成纤维细胞还可以与心肌细胞耦联并影响其电生理特性。因此,进一步了解成纤维细胞及其在心房颤动中的参与作用有助于人们深入挖掘与认识抗心律失常的治疗靶点。
Cardiac fibroblasts play a crucial role in cardiac pathophysiology. In disease states, increased quantities of extracellular matrix produced by cardiac fibroblasts leads to cardiac fibrosis, which is known to play a key role in atrial fibrillation. Excessive extracellular matrix protein can interrupt cardiomyocyte bundles' continuity, resulting in local conduction disturbances and reentrant arrhythmias. Mean- while, the cardiac fibroblasts express varieties of ion channels, which make fibroblasts coupling to cardiomyocytes and affecting their cellular electrical properties. Therefore, a better understanding of cardiac fibroblasts and their participation in atrial fibrillation will enhance our com- prehension of the targets for anti-arrhythmias.
