糖代谢异常对心血管疾病影响的研究进展

Advances in Effects of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism on Cardiovascular Diseases

糖代谢异常与2型糖尿病变得越来越常见。已有证据表明,在发展成为糖尿病之前,糖代谢异常患者已经增加了发生心血管疾病的风险。因此,当在分配卫生服务资源时,预防与管理糖代谢异常和2型糖尿病应该放在优先的位置。现以回顾性对合并糖代谢异常的心血管疾病患者在检测、管理、治疗方面的文献信息,为了预防糖尿病前期进展为2型糖尿病,强调早期检测糖代谢异常的重要性。

Abnormal glucose metabolism and type 2 diabetes are becoming more and more prevalent. There are evidences that patients with abnormal glucose metabolism have increased risk of cardiovascular diseases before they are developing into diabetes. Therefore, when in the allocation of health service resources, the prevention and management of abnormal glucose metabolism and type 2 diabetes should be a priority. In order to prevent prediabetes developing into type 2 diabetes, and emphasize the importance of early detection of abnormal glucose metabolism, this paper reviews the literature information of detection, management, treatment on patients with cardiovascular diseases com- plicated with abnormal glucose metabolism.
