摘要
常规心电图的每个导联记录了心脏不同透视方向上的电活动。aVR导联是一个加压电极肢体导联,其正向电极在右臂上。越来越多的证据表明,aVR导联在多种情况下有独特表现,识别那些心电图改变有助于提高多种疾病临床诊断水平。
Each lead of conventional ECG records the electrical activity of heart from different perspective. Lead aVR is an augmented unipolar limb lead in which the positive electrode is on the right arm. There are more and more evidences that the P-QRS-ST-T in lead aVR is often characteristic in various conditions. Recognizing those ECG pattern changes can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
