某五金厂粉尘作业人员职业健康现况调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Occupational Health of Dust Exposed Workers in a Hardware Factory

目的了解粉尘作业工人的健康状况,分析不同接尘工龄粉尘作业工人的健康状况,研究接尘工龄与健康损害之间的关系。方法对某五金厂1 112名接触粉尘作业的在岗人员进行职业健康检查。结果异常检出率为35.3%,检出尘肺1例,占0.09%。结论随着工龄的增加,肺功能、胸片异常检出率升高。粉尘对工作人员的健康状况有较大影响,应引起有关部门的高度重视,切实做好生产环境治理,加强粉尘作业人员的个体防护,并制定严格的操作规程和职业卫生管理制度,保障粉尘作业人员的健康状况,预防职业病的发生。

Objective To investigate the health condition of workers exposed to dust,to analyze the health condition of the workers with different exposure time,and to study the relationship between the length of service and health injuries.Methods The health condition of 1,112 workers exposed to dust in a hardware factory was investigated and analyzed.Results The abnormal detection rate was 35.3%.1 case of pneumoconiosis was confirmed,accounting for 0.09%.Conclusions The abnormal detection rates of PFT and X-ray get higher as the increasing working age.Since dust has a considerable influence on workers＇ health condition,special attention should be attached by the related departments to ensure the health of workers exposed to it and to prevent occupational diseases via undergoing a better working environment control,reinforcing individual protective measures,and setting a more strict operating rules and occupational health regulations.
