护理干预对剖宫产产妇肛门排气及早期泌乳的影响研究

Study on Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anal Exhaust and the Early Lactation After Cesarean Section

目的探讨与研究护理干预对剖宫产产妇肛门排气以及早期泌乳的影响。方法将2011年8-12月期间在重庆市永川区妇幼保健院进行剖宫产手术的90名产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组进行相应的具有针对性的护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,然后对两组产妇的肛门排气时间以及泌乳时间和泌乳量进行比较。结果观察组肛门排气时间和泌乳平均时间分别为(11.2±2.3)h、(31.3±3.5)h,短于对照组的(13.5±1.6)h以及(42.2±3.3)h,此外奶量充足的10例,奶量中等的25例,均多于对照组的3例和11例。结论剖宫产手术后对产妇进行护理干预能够有效促进肛门排气以及早期泌乳。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on anal exhaust and the early lactation after cesarean section.Methods Ninety puerperae underwent cesarean section in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yongchuan District from August to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（each n=45）.Puerperae of observation group were given corresponding targeted care,while puerperae of control group received routine care.Comparisons were made between the two groups on anal exhaust time,the onset time of lactation and lactation quantity.Results The mean anal exhaust time and the onset time of lactation in observation group（11.2±2.3 hrs,31.3±3.5 hrs） were shorter than those of control group（13.5±1.6 hrs,42.2±3.3 hrs）;moreover,puerperae with adequate breast-milk（n=10） and with moderate breast-milk（n=25） in observation group were more than those of control group（n=3,n=11）.Conclusions Nursing intervention after cesarean section can effectively promote postpartum anal exhaust and the early lactation.
