摘要
目的调查深圳市某三甲医院护理人员自主学习能力情况及其影响因素,为提高护理人员职业素养提供启示。方法采用自制的调查问卷,结合护理自主学习能力调查量表,对203名护理人员进行调查,使用最优尺度回归分析影响因素。结果被调查的护理人员自主学习能力评分为(124.02±19.163)分(满分为170分)。年龄、学历、职称、所在科室理论学习频率以及每周用于自学的时间是影响护理自主学习能力的因素。结论增加科室组织护理人员理论学习频率、提高护理人员自学时间是提高护理人员自主学习能力的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the self-directed learning ability and impact factors of nursing staff at a third-grade class-A hospital in Shenzhen,and to provide reference for improving their professional accomplishment.Methods A self-made questionnaire and self-directed learning ability survey scale were used to investigate 203 nurses,and the influencing factors were analyzed using optimal scaling regression analysis method.Results The average score of the self-directed learning ability in the investigated nurses was(124.02±19.163),(the full score was 170).Age,educational background,professional title,the frequency of nursing theory learning organized by the department and the time spent on self-study per week were the factors influencing the self-directed learning ability.Conclusions Increasing the frequency of nursing theory learning organized by the department and spending more time on self-study are both positive factors to improve the nurses' self-directed learning ability.
