摘要
根据汽车发动机装配流水线的要求,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC以及PROFIBUS-DP总线设计了汽车发动机装配线控制系统。在控制系统软件STEP7的编程环境下,通过在装配现场的调试,完成了设备层中变频器、拧紧枪的数据采集、通讯、控制等要求。实验结果表明,该控制系统稳定可靠。
