探讨细胞因子在 Graves′病发病中的作用。方法 利用高敏感固相增敏免疫分析方法 ( EASIA)测定了 36例 Graves′病伴甲亢患者 ,1 9例未治亚急性甲状腺炎和 2 8例正常人血清 IL- 6、IL- 8水平。结果 GD患者血清 IL- 6、IL- 8浓度高于正常人水平 ( P1<0 .0 5,P2 <0 .0 5)。 IL- 6升高的 GD患者占 2 2 .2 2 % ( 8/36)。 IL - 6水平与 IL- 8不相关 ( P >0 .0 5)。 IL - 6水平与 TGA、MCA和 TRAb不相关 ,与 T3 也不相关。此外 1 9例未治亚急性甲状腺炎 ( SAT)患者血清 IL - 6水平也高于正常人 ( P <0 .0 5)。结论 在 GD患者发病中存在 IL - 6、IL -

Objective In order to discuss the effect of the cytokine in the pathogenesis of Graves′ diseases.Methods By using a high sensitive immunuoenzymometric assay, we measured serum IL 6 and IL 8 in 36 patients with Graves diseases,19 patients with subacute thyroiditis(SAT) and 28 normal controls.Results We found increased serum IL 6 and IL 8 concentrations(6 4~60ng/L and 0 71~45ng/L,respectively)in 36 newly diagnosed hyperthyroid patients with Graves′ disease(GD) compared to those in controls [7.68~14.8ng/L (P 1<0 05) and 0.71~28ng/L(P 2 <0.05) ,respectively].Serum IL 6 concentrations had no relation ship with serum IL 8 concentrations in patients with GD(P>0.05).Serum IL 6 concentrations also had no relationship with FT 3,TGA,MCA and TRAb.We also found that IL 6 concentrations increased in patients with SAT (11.5~42ng/L) compared to those in controls.Conclusion Activation of the IL 6 and IL 8 system in GD patients increases.
