摘要
研究亚低温对鼠脑外伤后血浆内皮素含量变化的影响并探讨机理。方法 应用Feeney法制成鼠脑损伤模型 ,给予亚低温治疗后研究血浆内皮素及伤侧半球脑组织含水量的变化。结果 大鼠脑创伤后脑水肿迅速发生 ,创伤组血浆内皮素含水量及伤侧半球脑含水量均明显高于假手术组 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,亚低温治疗组血浆内皮素含量及伤侧半球脑含量均较创伤组明显降低 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 亚低温对创伤性脑水肿有明显的治疗作用 。
Objective In order to investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on the concentrations of plasma endothelin after traumatic brain injury in adult Sprague Dawley rats and discuss its mechanisms.Methods The brain injury models were established with Feeney method in adult rats.Post traumatic changes of the concentrations of plasma endothelin and brain water content at the injury side were evaluated after mild hypothermia was applied.Results Traumatic brain edema occurred quickly.The concentrations of plasma endothelin and brain water content at the injury side in injury group were higher than those in sham-operation group(P<0.01).The concentrations of plasma endothelin and brain water content at the injury side decreased significantly in mild hypothermia group compared with those in injury group(P<0 01).Conclusion Mild hypothermia have obvious therapeutic effects on traumatic brain edema.May be it can inhibit the producing and releasing of plasma endothelin.
