摘要
目的通过原子吸收分析检测稽留流产(missed abrotion)患者和正常妊娠妇女血清中微量元素锌的含量,探讨微量元素锌与稽留流产的关系。方法检测20例稽留流产患者和20例正常妊娠妇女血清中微量元素锌并比较检测结果。结果流产组(65.24±5.48)μmol/L低于正常组(75.36±6.75)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清锌对维持正常妊娠有重要作用,血锌低可能会导致稽留流产的发生。
Objective To detect the content of zinc in both missed abortion and normal pregnancy women. To evaluate the role of zinc in the pathogenesis of missed abortion. Method The content of zinc in serum collected from 20 missed abortion patients and 20 normal pregnancy group was determined by atomic absorption analysis. Result The content of zinc in missed abortion group （65.24 ± 5.48 ）μmol/L was lower than in normal pregnancy group （75.36 ±6. 75 ） μmol/L. The difference between groups of missed abortion and normal pregnancy was significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Low content of zinc in serum might be involved in the pathogenesis of missed abortion.
