摘要
目的对富硒豆芽菜的市场前景作预测,并开发出产品。方法问卷调研、统计分析,并进行初培养。用富硒肥制作黄豆芽,通过硼氢化钾溶液将硒还原成H2Se挥发分离出来,用邻菲咯啉铁溶液吸收,以分光光度计测定被还原生成橙红色邻菲咯啉亚铁测定微量硒。结果与空白的黄豆芽相比,豆芽菜中的硒含量都明显增加。结论富硒豆芽菜有开发价值,但进入市场还有很长的路要走。
