摘要 目的测定花粉的重金属元素含量。方法采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定了茶花粉及荞麦花粉中砷、汞、硒、镉的含量。结果在最佳实验条件下,砷、汞、硒、镉的检出限分别为0.305、0.016、0.082、0.039 ng/mL,样品中4种元素的加标回收率在97.2%~105.4%之间。结论该法快速、准确、简便且准确度高,为花粉中重金属含量的测定提供了较好的方法。 Objective To deter mine the content of heavy metal elements in two pollen. Method The content of four elements arsenicum (As) , mercury (Hg) , selenium (Se) and cadmium (Cd) in tea pollen and buckwheat pollen were determined by using microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Result Under the optimum experimental condition, the detection limits of As, Hg, Se, Cd four elements were 0.305, 0.016, 0.082 and 0.039 ng/mL resp. And their recoveries were 97.2% -105.4%. Conclusion The method is easy, quick, accurate with a higher sensitivity, which can be used in the quantitative determination of heavy metal elements in Chinese traditional medicines with a satisfactory result.
