摘要 探讨正常人眼二维和多普勒超声表现。方法 采用二维、彩色和脉冲多普勒超声技术对 1 0 7只正常眼 (左眼 54只 ,右眼 53只 )进行了观测。结果 正常人眼二维超声测值左、右眼均无明显差异 ,且与解剖数值基本一致。脉冲多普勒测定正常眼动脉、睫状后动脉及视网膜中央动脉的 Vmax、Vmin、PI、RI,各测值左、右眼无明显差异。 Objective To evaluate 2 D and Doppler appearance of normal human eyes.Methods 107 normal human eyes (left, 54pcs;right,53pcs)were observed with 2 D,color pulse Doppler ultrasound technique.Results No marked differences between the data of th left and right eyes were observed.The values obtained from Doppler observation were the same as those obtained from anatomy.The values of V max ,V min ,PI,RI of normal eye arteries, ciliary arteries and central arteries of retina of the left and right eyes were found to have no considerable differeneces.Conclusion The study of 2 D and Doppler ultrasonic appearance has provided a basis for the diagnosis of eye disease through ultrasound technique.
