摘要 针对高压旁路控制系统采用常规PID控制汽温波动幅度大、控制效果不理想的缺陷,采用带观测器的状态控制器SCO(State Controller with Observer)策略。该策略采用观测器和对象识别的状态控制系统,将模型的输出与实际被控对象的输出进行比较,再根据偏差对模型进行连续修正;同时,模型的输出变量不断地与过程输出变量进行比较。通过差值反馈,使模型不断地与过程适配,通过调整控制器和观测器的系数来设定状态反馈控制器的参数。通过试验表明,减温阀下游测量汽温的波动为-12℃,改进效果是相当显著的。 To overcome the shortcomings such as large steam temperature fluctuations and unsatisfactory control effects while adopting the conventional PID control in the high-pressure bypass control system, the SCO (State Controller with Observer) strategy is adopted. This strategy adopt a state control system with observer and object recognition, the model is con- tinuously corrected basing on the deviation between the output of the model and the actual output of the controlled object, and the model output variables are compared with those of the process at the same time. The model is continuously adapted to the process by difference feedback, the parameters of the state feedback controller is set by adjusting the coefficients of the controller and the observer. Tests have showed that the improved effect is quite remarka- ble while the downstream measured temperature fluctuation of the temperature reduction valve is -- 12 *C.
